Item Errors (you may come across one or more of these)

Missing tax information
Tax must be specified in the ‘tax’ attribute or in your account settings. Note: Allow 15 minutes for account settings to take effect before uploading a new feed.

Missing required attribute: gender
Please make sure you include all required attributes in your data feed.

Insufficient product identifiers: Missing brand attribute.
Apparel items must have a value for the ‘brand’ attribute. Please make sure to include this required attribute in your data feed.

Missing required attribute: color
Please make sure you include all required attributes in your data feed.

Missing required attribute: age group
Please make sure you include all required attributes in your data feed.

Duplicate item
Your feed contains non-unique items. These items will be dropped.

Invalid URL in attribute: image link
We couldn’t understand the URL you submitted. Please check the format of your URL. Learn more.

Invalid string value in attribute:
The value you entered for this attribute is not a valid string. Please enter a contiguous sequence of numbers, characters, or symbols.

Invalid price:
We don’t accept non-numeric values or negative prices. If you are including the currency code or symbol, please make sure it matches the currency of the target country.

Insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]
Hard goods must have values for two out of the following attributes: gtin, brand, mpn. Please make sure to include this required attribute in your data feed.

Duplicate item
Your feed contains non-unique items. These items will be dropped.
