Our products work to connect two different external systems in order to improve your sales and we need to continually work on our products to keep up with both systems and their updates and changes. Two systems that we need to keep up with: 1. The platform that your eCommerce site is developed. 2. The merchant that you send your product feeds. Due to the feed requirements and even occasional glitches in the systems, data feed may not perform as expected and you get error reports. This issue needs to be addressed and we’re always there to take care and solve those issues. Some of the merchants have specific feed requirements and sometimes you may have specific requirements.
